The pistachio quadrelli are multi-layered pistachio nuts from Bronte (CT), baked in the oven and then garnished with an inviting pistachio grain. Their peculiarity lies in the fact that they are crisp and at the same time crumbly. The goodness of the dessert depends on the quality of the raw materials, eating one means falling into the classic "cherry" effect, one pulls the other. The tiles are thus placed in a plan of great prestige in the ranking of Sicilian Regional sweets. They can be consumed both as an aperitif, with liqueurs, desserts, and as an end of the meal.
