Mushrooms, sauces and sweets.
Company history
The mushroom and the truffle, two specialties of the Piedmont region, are the basis of the activity of the Inaudi company in Borgo San Dalmazzo in the Province of Cuneo, a town at the foot of a grandiose mountain scenery.
From the beginning, Clemente Inaudi develops a very specific company policy that favors the high quality of the product, positioning itself at a medium-high market level.
This is possible only thanks to a careful research of the collection areas, which allows to obtain a selected and guaranteed raw material, and thanks to the entirely artisanal production of all products.
Why we choose them
Because their packaging process pays particular attention, from cleaning to potting mushrooms, each operation is performed manually, according to the most ancient traditions, in order to guarantee maximum authenticity.

The Black Head Porcini are the most sought after variety by connoisseurs. Boletus aerus, better known as the Black Head for the unmistakable dark brown color of the hat, is a rare porcini mushroom that grows mainly in medium and high mountain areas.
The extraordinary flavor is intense and decisive and the excellent consistency makes it particularly suitable for storing in oil where it preserves its crunchiness and color. Excellent as an accompaniment to meat dishes or as appetizers. |
